This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to memberships and digital services offered by Interpreter Academy. By purchasing a membership or other digital service through our Site, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Membership Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation will prevent your membership from automatically renewing at the end of your current paid billing period.

After cancellation, you will continue to have access to your membership and its included content and features until the end of your current paid billing period. Once that period ends, your membership will expire, and you will no longer have access to members-only content or features.

To avoid being charged for the next billing period, you must cancel your membership before your next scheduled renewal date.

Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our Service and the immediate access provided to members-only content and downloadable materials, all membership payments are non-refundable once access to the Service has been provided.

We do not provide full or partial refunds for unused membership time, failure to use the Service, downloaded materials, changes of mind, or cancellation before the end of a paid billing period, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Monthly and Multi-Month Memberships

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all recurring membership plans, including monthly and multi-month memberships.

Cancelling a multi-month membership does not entitle you to a full or partial refund for the remaining time in the current paid billing period. You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of that billing period.

Renewal Charges

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, memberships automatically renew at the end of each applicable billing period using the payment method associated with your account.

It is your responsibility to cancel your membership before your next renewal date if you do not wish to continue the Service. Refunds will generally not be issued solely because a member forgot to cancel before a scheduled renewal.

Duplicate or Incorrect Charges

If you believe you have been charged more than once for the same membership, charged an incorrect amount, or charged as a result of a billing error, please contact us as soon as possible.

Verified duplicate charges or billing errors will be reviewed and, where appropriate, corrected or refunded.

Technical Issues

If a technical issue caused by Interpreter Academy prevents you from accessing the Service for a significant period of time, please contact us so that we can investigate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

Temporary interruptions, scheduled maintenance, internet connectivity issues, device incompatibility, or circumstances outside the reasonable control of Interpreter Academy do not automatically qualify for a refund.

Exceptional Circumstances

Interpreter Academy may, at its discretion, consider refund requests in exceptional circumstances. Any refund issued as an exception does not create an obligation to provide the same or similar refund in the future.

Nothing in this Refund and Cancellation Policy limits any rights or remedies available to you under applicable consumer protection laws.

How to Cancel

You may cancel your membership through the cancellation options available within your account or by contacting Interpreter Academy through the contact information provided on our Site.

Cancellation requests must be submitted before the next scheduled renewal date to avoid future charges. Cancelling your membership does not retroactively reverse charges that have already been successfully processed, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will become effective when the revised policy is posted on the Site, unless otherwise stated.

Changes to this Policy will not affect any rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
